Hálková, Kateřina ; Boháček, Martin (advisor) ; Votava, Tomáš (referee)
The thesis entitled "Legal aspects of organizing music events" deals with musical performances from the perspective of organizers, performers, but also the wider public. The aim is to identify the legal issues that must be seen to by the organizer of musical performances and to evaluate the operation and use of the services of collective rights management societies and to evaluate the impact of copyright infringement and attitude of the society to its violation. The introductory chapter provides an overview of the legislation and discusses copyright and certain organizations that work in this field. The second chapter describes the activities of collective rights management companies. Equally important is the third chapter, which deals with license agreements and the different types of licenses. The final chapter applies the theoretical knowledge gained from previous chapters into practice.
Questions of legislature of children´s convalescence action - concrete performance of legislaure in terms of summer children´s camp Rachačky
BAŠTÝŘOVÁ BRUTOVSKÁ, Anna
In my bachelor thesis I have aimed on analysis of Act 258/2000 Sb. about public health protection and regulation 106/2001 Sb. about sanitary requirements on convalescent actions for children, further I have compared these legal regulations with run of the summer child camp in Rachačky. The aim of this thesis is creation of material about preparation and run of summer camps for children. The thesis should serve not only camp operators but also camp leaders and all people interested in this topic. There are very few publications on our market about such topics like how to prepare a camp to conform to sanitary standards. It is not always so easy as it seems to be at first sight. There appear problems with state control administration bodies and many times just because people are not acquainted with act and regulation tangle. For my thesis I have chosen a quantitative method of data collection - questionnaire inquiry among organizers of convalescent actions for children. The questionnaire was anonymous, compound from open, semi - closed and closed questions. I have investigated how the organizers are acquainted with valid legislature and their ability to cope with possible problems. I have sent the questionnaire to e-mail addresses or directly distributed to the organizers. I wanted to find out through a questionnaire whether the organizers are aware of valid legislature concerning convalescent actions for children. Through my research I have found out that the absolute majority of them knows not only which act and which regulation are valid but also how to apply them while organizing camps for children. I wanted to find out through a questionnaire whether the organizers are aware of valid legislature concerning convalescent actions for children. I have found out through my research that the absolute majority of them knows not only which act and which regulation are valid but also how to apply them while organizing camps for children. Thereby I am getting to the hypothesis of my thesis: Child camp operators are not aware of valid legislature necessary to operate child convalescent actions. This hypothesis was not confirmed by my research.
